Something is broken, and I don’t know what to do?
Please contact the business email for more information. We will try to diagnose the issue first, then if needed, you can ship the console back for a repair. Each situation is different, and we will do our best to solve it.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day return period on In-stock consoles. Made-to-Order items and Services, such as battery replacement, are not available for refund.
